Responsibilities : for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of The Quality System “ICUMSA Analysis & Technique”.

• Perform in process quality inspections during manufacturing in different to determine if the product meets approved requirements.
• Identify and address in process quality defects in a timely manner to reduce the opportunity for repeated failures, and have the authority to stop the line in the event of an elevated defect rate under the guidance from the chief chemist & quality control manager.
• Work closely with supervisors and technical resources in achievement of both short term and long term performance.
• Ensure that all tests are conducted in the correct simulated laboratory controlled conditions and compile quality status reports to the management.
• Supervision, training and coordination of workers and creating a conducive environment for laboratory staff.
• Ensure staff are working in a safe environment and that safety procedures are followed at all times
• Carrying out day to day analysis and checking of shift work done and other duties assigned by the chief Chemist and Quality Control Manager.
• Calibration devices and preparing important testing chemicals for different analysis, and preparing different reports asked from the chief chemist.
• Co-operate and communicate with other locations and departments during the shift to ensure the best quality of the final product

• Sampling and carrying out tests and natural chemical and microbiological and recording the results for raw materials and packing materials and packaging in the case of materials that require evaluation implement laboratory experiment or experience on the production line.
